$25 – The One Day Pass

Whether you’re in from out of town, or you just need a place to sip coffee and get a couple of things done for a day, Cohab’s got you covered. Drop by any time, and you’ll be starting your work day in no time.

$100/mo* – The Ten Day Pass

You have a perfectly good desk in your house, but sometimes you crave human interaction. You need the flexibility to work from home when you want to, but to get away when you need to. We’ve got a package for that. Come hang out with our stellar community of small business owners up to ten days a month and you’ll be feeling inspired in no time. We’ll even put you in our biometric scanner so you can come and go as you please.

$175/mo* – The Roving Desk

Cohab’s Roving Desk Pass is perfect for businesses that want to really get the most out what the space has to offer. It gives your business access Cohab’s space whenever you want, as often as you want. Plus, you can reserve our meeting spaces in advance, use our A/V equipment for presentations and use 610 Commerce Street as your official business address. Roving Desk member businesses with more than one employee are also welcome to let employees share their time at CoHab. Anyone person in your business can work at CoHab at any time for no additional fee!

Ready to move in and get down to business? Cohab’s Full Time Pass lets you make your space your own. Reserve our meeting spaces in advance, use our A/V equipment for presentations, use 610 Commerce Street as your official business address, and do it all from your own dedicated workspace (complete with a rolling wall and 4’X8’ white board). Full Timers have 24/7 unlimited access to Cohab’s space and member businesses and are welcome at all of the seminars and classes Cohab hosts. You may also rent out CoHab’s entire space for an event once per calendar quarter at for no charge (Limited by availability. Member events are unstaffed).

Half Day (Morning or Afternoon) – $150
- Exclusive use of conference room space for up to 12 people.

Full Day (9am – 5pm) – $300
- Exclusive use of conference room space for up to 12 people.
- Use of AV Package for meeting (47 inch TV with laptop connection, iPad2, Bluetooth Teleconferencing).

Corporate Rates

Core Amenities: Use of 610 Commerce Street as your official mailing address, company listing as an affiliate on CoHab’s website, access to meeting space and printing*, and access to CoHab’s classes, seminars, and events.

$50 – Silver Level

CoHabitat’s Silver Level Membership is designed to give small businesses the access and presence within Northwest Louisiana’s business community they need to succeed. Silver Level members may use 610 Commerce Street as their business address, receive special access to all CoHab seminars, classes and special events, and have limited access to CoHab’s meeting and printing facilities. Silver Level members will be listed on CoHab’s website and may state that their company is affiliated with CoHab.

$175 – Gold Level

Our most popular corporate package, CoHab’s Gold Level Membership allows your company to sponsor CoHabitat’s mission of creative economic development in Northwest Louisiana while harnessing the full benefits of our workspace for your own business. Gold Level Member businesses are listed as an official sponsor of CoHab on our website and promotional materials, and any one of your employees is welcome to come and work from CoHabitat, as often as they want. Other membership perks include use of CoHab’s meeting spaces, print, copy and scanning equipment, free coffee and wifi, and access to our classes, seminars, and other member businesses.

Platinum Level Corporate Memberships are perfect for the company that wants a permanent presence at CoHabitat. Platinum Level members are considered official sponsors of CoHabitat Foundation and are listed on our website and other promotional materials, plus, your company will have a dedicated work area at CoHabitat that any one of your employees can access 24 hours a day seven days a week. Other membership perks include use of CoHab’s meeting spaces, print, copy and scanning equipment, free coffee and wifi, and access to our classes, seminars, and other member businesses.
